1、Please use saline for the first time.
2、Since distilled water and purified water do not contain electrolytes, which will make the nebulizing mode unusable, please use liquids containing electrolytes.
3、Charging head can not use fast charging head, will lead to high voltage can not charge.
4、If the liquid particles are too large may block the hole of the nebulizer, so the product should be cleaned in time after each use.
Method: add distilled water / pure water and long press 5 seconds to enter the self-cleaning mode, the end of the use of flowing water to rinse the medicine cup, conditions allow the use of disinfectant water rinsing, rinsing the medicine cup to be completely air-dried and then assembled.
Please note that do not use strong acid, strong alkali cleaner, so as not to damage the nebulizer.
If the product can turn on the self-cleaning mode, but can not turn on the nebulizer mode (green light flashes once, blue light flashes a few times and then stops), this situation belongs to the triggering of the 'lack of water prompt', may be the result of the use of the liquid does not contain electrolytes.
Please note: For extra safety, the product has a water shortage alarm. However, if you have water in the cup and it still doesn't work, it is possible that the vibration has caused air bubbles to stick around the alarm device, so you can shake the product to remove the air bubbles and continue to use it.
